Jesse Marcel was born on May 27, 1907 in Houma, Louisiana, USA as Jesse Antoine Marcel. He was a writer and producer, known for Alien Crash at Roswell: The UFO Truth Lost in Time (2013), In Search of... (1976) and America Undercover (1983). He died on June 24, 1986 in Houma.

Majestic 12, also known as MJ-12 for short, is a purported organization that appears in UFO conspiracy theories. The organization is claimed to be the code name of an alleged secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, formed in 1947 by an executive order by U.S. President Harry S. Truman to facilitate recovery and investigation of alien spacecraft.

Nellis Air Force Base:
Nellis Air Force Base ("Nellis" colloq.) is a United States Air Force installation in southern Nevada. Nellis hosts air combat exercises such as Exercise Red Flag and close air support exercises such as Green Flag-West flown in "Military Operations Area (MOA) airspace",[3] associated with the nearby Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR). The base also has the Combined Air and Space Operations Center-Nellis.
Nellis Range Complex:
The 99th Range Group (ACC) operates, maintains, and develops four geographically separated electronic scoring sites, an instrumentation support facility, and the 3.1-million-acre Nellis Range Complex, including two emergency/divert airfields.
Nevada Test Range:
The Nevada Test and Training Range land area is mostly Central Basin and Range ecoregion (cf. southernmost portion in the Mojave Desert),[13]:3-1 and smaller ecoregions (e.g., Tonopah Basin, Tonopah Playa, & Bald Mountain biomes) are within the area of numerous basin and range landforms of the NTTR.

Project Aquarius:
A Top Secret project that was started in 1953 and was set up to accumulate as much data as possible about alien life forms and to distribute the collected information to the relevant projects.

The White House record on that date indicates that President Carter met with his National Security Adviser Dr. Brzezinki: The name “Project Aquarius” is also the same name associated with another “Aquarius” at the National Security Agency or NSA.

Project Grudge:
The successor to Project Sign which was launched to effectively denounce the UFO problem. Journalists were encouraged to write articles saying that UFOs didn't exist. The final report said that, despite getting 23% more reports than Project Sign did, all sightings could be dismissed on psychological ground and that any further investigation should be downgraded greatly, which it was. Project Grudge was shut down in 1950.
Project Pounce:
A Top Secret project in 1953 that evaluated all UFOs in order to gain more space technology knowledge.
Project Redlight:
Mention of this project has appeared in several FOIA documents and witness accounts. To date however, no documents have been released which show what this project is related to. REDLIGHT is believed to be the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada.
Project Serpo:
Project Serpo-The Zeta Reticuli Exchange Program. In 1965, we had an exchange program with the aliens. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialties. Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth.
Project Sigma:
An ongoing 1954 Top Secret project that looked into how to communicate with aliens. That projects existence was revealed in the PROJECT AQUARIUS Briefing Document and is said to have succeeded in 1964 when a USAF intelligence officer met two other aliens at a prearranged location in a desert in New Mexico.
Project Sign:
The first official USAF UFO investigation which started in January 1948. Its brief was to determine what UFOs were. It lasted until February 1949, its final report saying that 20% of the cases were unexplainable.
Project Snowbird:
An ongoing 1972 Top Secret project that researched, developed and implemented alien spacecraft technology and test flown recovered UFOs.
S-4:
There are three S-4s in the Nevada Test Site (home of AREA 51). One is a nuclear reactor, one is an area just south of the Tonopah test range, and one called Papoose Dry Lake Bed, ten miles south of Area 51. It is the latter area that Bob Lazar claims to have worked in.
