After the prolonged disaster (for the Russians, at least) of the First World War; after the subsequent uprising; several factions were contending for power. At that point, "200 street thugs" could very well have tipped the scales so as to favor a particular faction. {3} As good a time as any to mention how to get a copy of [[Operation Vampire Killer 2000]] [OVK-2000].
