KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual
This manual cites an earlier CIA 1963 torture manual entitled, “KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual”, which we learn here was actually almost word-for-word based on the work of L Ron Hubbard.
