This order was first called the Order of Perfectibilists, and was a fairly shortlived, meteoric, controversial society formed May 1, 1776, in Bavaria, by Adam Weishaupt, aided by Baron von Knigge and others, suppressed in 1784, and entirely disappeared by the close of the century.

May 1, 1776, was the most important date in Freemasonry's Luciferic New World Order Plans. On that date an obscure Jesuit-trained professor of canon law at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Adam Weishaupt, founded a secret society called the Ancient and Illuminated Seers of Bavaria (AISB for short).

The shadow government (cryptocracy, secret government, deep state, state within a state or invisible government) is a family of theories based on the notion that real and actual political power resides not only with publicly elected representatives but with private individuals who are exercising power behind the scenes, beyond the scrutiny of democratic institutions. According to this belief, the official elected government is subservient to the shadow government, which is the true executive power.
