Humanoid

Humanoid is the alien appearance that resembles the body shape of a human. However, they do not always share the same exact features of skin, hair, or body parts. Most alien sightings are that of a humanoid build. Reptoids, Grays, Insectoids, and even animalians are commonly humanoid. The alternative to a humanoid, is an apparitional or exotic being. Certain entities, especially reptoids and animalians have been reported to temporarily shape-shift into and out-of human form. In the case of The Lacerta Files, Lacerta doesn't physically change, but uses mind altering techniques to appear human.
