On November 8, I attended a MUFON meeting at Gulf Breeze.  The guest speaker
was Leah Haley who for the first time, publicly told of her experiences with ET
and Military Government abductions.  I feel this case is extremely important
and so I am putting it on the echo as paraphrased from my notes.

Leah Haley is a CPA, university instructor, wife, mother, holder of two
Master's degrees and now find herself in the unenviable position of being not
only and ET abductee but also, a Government/Military abductee.  This is her
story:

In July of 1990 she began to have feelings of being watched...followed.  She
would come home and feel someone had been in her house although nothing was
missing.  Her phone was making strange sounds and someone told her husband that
he was being investigated by the FBI.  Her paranoia increased and she began
having vivid dreams about being in a round room undergoing a physical
examination.  Once she awoke to find she was floating 2 feet over her bed!
In desperation, she contacted Bud Hopkins who referred her to John Carpenter in
Springfield, Mo.  John is a hypnotherepist who frequently works with UFO
abductees and contactees.  She made an appointment and during their first
session she was regressed to learn that she had been contacted by ET's since
the age of 3.

While trying to deal with this information she again noticed strange things
happening to her.  One day she went to her car to get some papers and noticed a
strange man looking inside her car.  When he saw her he pretended to be
interested in something in the grass nearby.  She noticed a white truck parked
behind her car that had not been there before so she memorized the license
plate number.  When the man saw what she was doing, he jumped in the truck and
raced away, but she got the number anyway and after doing some tracking, she
found that he worked on a nearby military base for NASA.  At this time she was
teaching accounting at a night class on this base and one of her students gave
her a patch with the space shuttle Endeavor on it.  When she asked why, the
student told her that her husband instructed her to give it to Leah.  She was
curious and called the students home that evening and spoke to her husband
asking him why he had given her this particular gift.  He was very evasive as
to the reason but offered to take her to the space shuttle personally and told
her to bring her camera so she could take pictures.  He was very insistant and
she became suspicious and declined his offer.

The next time she taught class on base, he appeared at the door and motioned
her over.  He told her to get her camera and come with him so he could take her
to the shuttle.  She again refuesed.  The man was very nervous and agitated but
insistant and she became frightened, but refused his offer. The next morning
there was a picture of the shuttle Endeavor in the local paper with an article
saying that the security around it was so tight that anyone getting close was
in danger of being shot!

In May of 91 she flew to Springfield to be regressed by Mr. Carpenyter once
again.  When she landed at the airport there was a man standing by the gate so
she struck up a conversation.  He told her he was a salesman from Nashville.
She told him she was there to do research on a personal experience.  He
answered, "Yea, on Extra-terrestrials...right?"  Naturally, she freaked at this
remark and left him in a hurry.  When she arrived at the motel, the only room
available was a suite so she accepted it and asked Mr. Carpenter to come to the
motel for the session which he did.  It was during this session that the
recalled being taken on board, examined, tissue samples taken and several ova
removed.  Then she recalled this story...she remembered being dropped off in a
field feeling dazed.  Men in uniform jumped out of a black helicopter and
grabbed her and took her on board.  She woke up screaming in a strange room.  A
man in a blue uniform told her she was a troublemaker and he was going to shut
her up.  She was led into a conference room, shoved inside and given a shot in
her arm, after which she remembered nothing except that there was a tape
recorder and and man telling her over and over, "you did not see a space ship,
you did not see a space ship."  She argued with them and told them the only way
they would be able to shut her up was to kill her to which they replied that
was possible if she did not cooperate.

After this session which ended after midnight, Mr. Carpenter left and she was
very frightened at what had been revealed.  She now realized that everything
she had been experiencing was real and she was being abducted by not only
aliens, but by the Military as well and she did not know why.

To calm her fears, she began reading the Bible, particularly the 23rd Psalm
which did help because as she read it, symbols scrolled past in her mind which
somehow calmed her.  She finally went to sleep and awoke to the sound of a
familiar voice in the room next to her.  She pressed her ear to the wall and
heard the following phrases:  Names of all the towns she had ever lived
in...tried several times...got most of it...I have served you well."  Then she
knew that the session of the night before had been taped and that her room was
bugged.

The next session was held in Mr. Carpenter's home and it took her back to the
conference room because she wanted to remember more.  She recalled them saying,
"she knows too kamn much" and "I don't know, this is a tough one"

When she returned home, she began having mental flashbacks while wide awake.
She remembered the name of the alien in the ship was CETO and she remembered an
incident on a beach with military and aliens incolved.  She also rememberd a
base built into the side of a hill.  During her next session she explored these
memories and recalled in detail what had occured.

She was on board a space craft looking down through a porthole at a ship in the
water below.  Suddenly she felt a jolt and she fell backwards.  Then she awoke
to find herself lying on the beach.  A man in uniform was carrying an injured
ET over his shoulder to a helicopter.  Someone told her not to move and then
she was taken on board the helicopter to the ship.  She remembered seeing the
injured alien lying on the deck.  They took her below where she passed out.

Nex she remembers being in a hospital room drugged with her ear hurting.  There
was an x-ray maching and and electrical pulsing.  Someone in khaki uniform
asked if they got it OK and he answered..."no problem".  She was given another
shot and told to "shut up, you have caused enough problems."  It was during
this time in the hospital where she was strapped down and questioned and each
time she refused to answer she was given an electric shock.  In the room with
her was a smaller alien in a blue uniform with red trim.  He was not the same
ET as those who had brought her on board and examined her.  She was not afraid
of those as they were kind to her and taught her many things, but she was very
much afraid of the smaller alien in this room as she felt that the electric
shocks were being administed by him.  She has named these government/military
people...OMAGS for Obnoxious Military And Government Scoundrels, and she very
much fears them.

On August 1, as she was driving home from her session with Mr. Carpenter, she
was struck from behind by a car and subsequently taken to the hospital.  In her
purse were the tapes from the sessions, but she held on to her purse and would
not release them even in the ambulence.  Within 28 days her daughters both had
accidents while driving her car and both were the other drivers fault.

The encounters with the aliens continued and she was told they were necessary
because they were filling her with knowledge and preparing her for the
transmission.  she was also taught a new accounting system.  She discovered
small oval indentions on her back and showed a slide of these( which shocked me
as I have had the same indentions)   She also recalled during one session being
shown what she describes as a "baby greenhouse" where tiny fetus' are suspended
in containers.  She was told they are hybrids and she was then shown a small
child about 5 years old who was her son.  She has also recalled an incident
where she was shown an underwater base with a huge room filled with UFO all
parked neatly along the sides.

Her encounters are ongoing and she has been told by her ET hosts to tell
everyone what has happened to her which is what she is not doing.

I met Leah after the speech and had dinner with her and it is my personal
opinion that she is absolutely telling the truth. when asked whom she feared
the most, she replied that she did not fear the ET's that take her on board and
instruct her or take samples because they were very loving and wise, but she
very much fears the Military/government people and the small greys that work
with them.

My opinion is that Leah is a contactee who happened to be on board a craft at
the time it was shot down by our military and because of this she most
certainly knows more then they would want her to.  So now they keep very close
tabs on her.  She is very resentful over the actions of her own government and
feels betrayed by them, but still keeps a positive attitude toward the military
and government in general.  It is just those who have abducted, drugged and
brainwashed her that she resents and I certainly can understand why!
