Anyone here know this Richard B. Ross fellow? I've never heard of the UFOICC before, are they for real? Having been an editor for a long while, you can't throw a reporter away if his info's accurate so long as he's got the proper names spell right. Who knows about medical terms anyway? My greatest find was the German Nazi high technology in electro-magnetic remote control devices, circular disc planes along with (PSI) psychological warfare. I researched the tests in the Amazon of various fossil fuels, for advanced prototypes, natives called them Chupas, discs> Then into cold war, weather warfare and electro-magnetic warfare. The ELF attacks from Riga Gomel to the Northwest, Vancouver, Seattle hit the hardest. In all of my UFO research, with good data, I do not see one bit of information that shows any extra-terrestrial involvement. But a evolution of high-technology and psychological programming... I will cover a few area I'm into. I would enjoy hearing your input. I point no blame to anyone country. It need not be a world superpower if the technology is advanced enough. If it is a world power, then France, Canada, U.S., England, USSR, Germany all share the 50,000,000 pages of German technology. Or, it could be an offshoot of the Germans... Sounds like the pattern of cattle mutilations and crop circles. These graphic beam wounds create photophtalmia symptoms of paresthesia, to physiological neural damage to death... Where the cattle mutes are field laser operations with an induction to a muscular paralysis like Brazilian curare... In the crop circles, the designs are cut in seconds, with a strange electro-magnetic effect unlike hard-soft path radiation, ut more of anti gravitational radiation energy beams... Genetic engineering: Control of exobiology to excite biologically the metamorphosis era to the extra-terrestrial space-migration, someone understands the mechanics of the human neuro-stages, which is eclectic and translational... Disc tests could be multi-structured, as in optical illusions, psychological defense, beam tests on humans as a defensive system with research towards neurophysiology, eventual cardiovascular damage, effects of long lasting trauma, to study anti-gravity radiation in toxicology and forensic research, all of this a part of advanced bio-technology? To study the damage and repair of toxic and traumatic energy... Soviets did years of weather modification warfare. Other areas: electromagnetic pulse, particle beam research, extreme magnetic field laser research, anti-gravity radiation research, disc testing near Papoose Lake are 54 Nevada again are your aware of the latest publicity on Dreamland. Neuro chemistry, psycho-chemistry, psychopharmacology... UFO scenario is a psychoprogrammed virus, it is also a social psychovirus, seemingly applied in both the awake stage and the dream stage. The symptoms induced are a whole series of psycho-somatic experiences involving a variety of psychopathic personalities... This high-technology spans quantum symmetries, quantum delectro-dynamics. It seems to be a highly structured program that involves the alternate dream realities, personalities of its victim. The electro-magnetic induction would create disorientation-akenesia, he subject would be in a highly suggestive state towards a programmed scenario, with he subject in visual and auditory hallucinatory states, a state of (folie a deux), subject to transient psychotic episodes. The disc would symbolize the mandala san skirt for the circle. This would re-program the dream screen, quantum philosophy would be a major factor. Antimatter propullsionnnnnnnnnnnnn systems: Using magnetic fields, superconducting rings with persistent currents. Diamagnetic ball of anti hydrogen, ect. Psychotronic virtual state engineering, hyperspace rotating flashes, positron satellite patterns, muonproton beam 5 gev pulse generators, geomagnetic fields and human psychology, thermo-electricity... hypnotic states/telepathy/ artificial reincarnation. The UFO community is not technical, they mean well. And thereafter a symptom of highertechnology. It is so hard to communicate with anyone who is serious in these phenomema. That is why little are no success is being done, and as high technology evolves the gap becomes so great between the general public and UFO community that it as impossible to determine the real information. I saw a disc. I know that they are real, solid, tangible. I know of no one who wants to network in an intellectual capacity. My search is what, who , why how? I wish that I could find a trace of extraterrestrial activity. I can't find even 1% of 1,000%. Discs are observed closer to earth, never observed in the earth's defense electromagnetic trip wire, no astronomers high up ever see discs, no satellites either. It seems a very local problem (the abductions) seem to be part of a psychological program. I hope you answer.
