I found the following messages on an old buffered disk while
converting some files. It was posted a year ago to an Atari ST/Fidonet echo.
(I got it from STarlight in Philadelphia (215) 879-8886, which apparently got
it through the Cheyenne Mountain BBS, and there it was reposted from the
Third World BBS at 818-700-9591.)
I've been trying to confirm whether the latter that follows really
was written by UFO 'investigator' William Cooper. It _could_ have been
written by some doofus trying to give Cooper a bad rep-- but somehow, I get
the feeling that whoever decided to recirculate it believed Cooper's end of
things, and felt that by giving it some play he'd be helping Cooper out.
Still, the letter is a bit sordid, so I caution everyone that the
letter might not be authentic. If someone could confirm or disconfirm it, I'd
be grateful.

OPEN LETTER by Bill Cooper-
TO MIKE CORBIN, GEORGE KNAPP, BILL MOORE, AND JOHN LEAR.
I have been expecting the government to launch an attack
designed to discredit me for 2 years and I have publicly
stated that I expected this to happen. It has finally
happened and what a relief. The governments cannon only went
Friedman have gathered in Las Vegas. How convenient can it
be? Mike Corbin, the all mighty high dictator of Paranet,
has just this week posted a crippled and weak attack leveled
against me by himself and George Knapp, Lear's man in
television and the only journalist alive who would go out on
a limb to support the phony story of Bob Lazar. As usual
Mike Corbin and George Knapp did not bother to do any
checking whatsoever to see if their ranting and raving could
hold any water. Of course that is the usual policy of
paranet and it is expected. It is not the policy of
journalists, however, and George Knapp should have checked
with me. If he was afraid to call me he could have just
called my board and checked the facts for himself. It is
George Knapp who wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on
the ass and it is Lazar and Lear who are liars and frauds.
The Lazar story was reported to CAJI by a source in Las
Vegas who stated that "Lazar had been arrested". The source
was a man named Cory, a close friend of John Lear. Did he do
it to set me up? I posted it in the newsletter. I then asked
a member of CAJI to check the story for me and report the
"facts". This was done and the story in the newsletter was
changed to read that "Lazar was accused" only a few hours
later and that is the way the story has been posted ever
since as you can see since it is still posted. The members
of this board can attest to that. Another source verified
the story and all 3 mentioned that Bob Lazar has been
accused of running a drug lab. Since these 3 people stated
that Lazar was accused of running a drug lab I included it
in the story. Since they stand by their statement I stand by
the story. I wish to make it known at this point that John
Lear told me that Lazar had a speed lab somewhere. Since I
knew he had a jet car I thought he mean't something to do
with the car. I did not make the REAL connection with that
statement until Cory and others phoned the story to me. Two
other people have stated to me that Lear told them that
Lazar had a drug lab.
I knew about the prostitution involvement a long time ago
when at Lear's home I witnessed Lear, drunk as a skunk, call
Lazar and ask him to send a hooker over. Lear asked us if we
wanted a hooker. I told him not no, but hell no. The others
present also declined. About an hour later a hooker showed
up and lear and the girl disappeared for a while and then
they came back. I did not see what transpired between them.
There were 4 other people present besides me. She bummed
cigarettes off of everone and chain smoked them until there
were no more left among us and then she pulled out her own
pack. John Lear paid her a wad of money and she left. All of
us present were angry and embarrassed by Lear's behavior.
Lazar sent her over and we all heard Lear make the call.
Lazar and Lear are the end of George Knapp's career unless
Knapp gets wise real fast and I mean real fast. I'm not the
only one ready to spill the beans on Lazar and Lear.

You had better believe that I would never post this story if
there had not been 4 other witnesses. Lear and Knapp have
left me no choice. I have many more tales to tell and will
not hesitate if I am forced to do it. I told Lear a long
time ago (June 1989 to be exact) that he was safe as long as
he didn't try to get any wilder with his story or try to
mess with me. At that time I believed that he was doing more
good than harm even though I knew he was Condor and was CIA
all the way.
That same weekend I was forced to remove a loaded, cocked,
45 cal. automatic pistol from Lear's possession after he
placed it against his temple and threatened suicide. I did
it once in the morning when we were alone and again the same
evening in front of 5 others who witnessed the event. John
pretended to be despondent because he was to much of a
coward to sign his name to the "INDICTMENT" that I sent to
Congress. I was not afraid John would kill himself. I was
afraid he would kill me or someone else during the course of
his ACT and it was an act. A stupid act and nothing else. I
was not fooled but I kept the pistol for several days and
still have the round that I removed from the chamber. I will
name the witnesses if it becomes necessary. In case you have
not learned anything yet let me assure you that you had
better not screw around with me unless you are willing to go
all the way to the wall and beyond because I'm ready to die
to get to the bottom of this and force the truth out of the
government. The preponderance of government agents involved
in this and the fact that everything that I saw, and only
what I saw, leaked, makes me believe that the technology is
real (saw a craft with my own eyes) but aliens may be a
complete fantasy. Aliens may be needed to create a new world
order. No more Soviet enemy? Here is a threat from outer
space. I feel used. I am very angry. I saw exactly what I
said and more. Not only that but they have taken great pains
to make sure I could see the same documents again just
recently. Either the information I saw is absolutely correct
or the government (with the help of Moore, Lear, Doty,
Lazar, Friedman, Shandera, etc.) has created the greatest
hoax in history in order to bring down national boundarys
and ring in a one world government. I have uncovered the
fact that an inventor made a saucer that flew in the 50's
without alien help. I still believe that the information I
saw between 1970 and 1973 is correct but I am now open to
the possibility that I may have been used. I assure you that
I will not be used again. The truth WILL come out.
Lear's involvement with George Green and the Phoenix
Journals to try to discredit me is what his phone recording
is all about. I told him in June 1989 not to try any funny
business with me and that is what the call was all about. He
tried to help the great con the Phoenix Journals discredit
me and I told him as a result that "I would crucify him". I
have done that by finally releasing the information that he
is Condor and as Condor has been working very closely with
Moore, Shandera, Friedman, Doty, and others. I will continue
to crucify him at any and every opportunity. I will also
crucify anyone else who stands up against truth on this
battle field.

Ask him to play the entire tape and not just part of it out
of context and you will see that this is the truth. He
probably won't do it but you can try anyway. I have stated
on many occassions that this is a war and I will act
accordingly.
The Stacy Borland story was reported to me by many people
who called me by phone. I confirmed the story through a Las
Vegas Psychologist. I repeat I received many phone calls all
telling the same story regarding Stacy Borland. Whether she
was murdered on a Saturday or on a Wednesday the next day or
three weeks later has nothing to do with the subject of the
story. The subject of the story was that a rumor floats
around Las Vegas that someone from the test site gives
Borland some documents, she is killed, Grace takes her place
and members report that he is writing their names on what
appears to be government forms labeled CONFIDENTIAL. Try as
you might to cover up the important facts but you won't
succeed. It is my opinion that she was given documents and
that your group or the people you work for killed her. I
know that MAJESTY TWELVE (also known as MAJORITY TWELVE) has
killed before and most probably will kill again. Moore and
Lear work for them.
George Knapp states in his letter to Corbin that John Grace
was appointed to take over the contactee group. The members
of the group who have called me expressed anger and concern
that his assumption of the leadership was totally against
the wishes of the members. In fact if the reports are
correct some of the groups members have left the group over
this issue. Just exactly who appointed Grace over the
protest of the members? Is it a democratic group or a Nazi
group? I understand from the many calls that I have received
that the members are not happy with the situation and the
group is splintered. Cory and Jeff are only 2 of the sources
for this information but both are friends of Lear's. Are
they telling me the truth or is Lear setting me up? I
believe they have told the truth as they knew it in every
case.
George Knapp really screwed up when he implied that I
accused John Grace of murder. That is an outright lie.
George Knapp is a liar. I said no such thing anywhere in the
story (he calls himself a journalist?). I reported what was
told to me by many sources and all that is required of a
journalist is 2 sources. I am not a journalist and I did a
better job than both Mike Corbin and George Knapp have done
so far.
Here are the facts. William Moore is a self confessed agent.
No one can deny that. Only fools listen to Moore now. HE
CONFESSED. Do you hear that George? Are you a fool or do you
work for them? George Knapp you knew that Moore was a self
confessed agent and you still used him in your series and in
your 2 hour special. Why? During the 2 hour special you
presented Moore as a credible prominent researcher. You made
no mention that Moore had doctored documents and had
admitted it. No mention was made that Moore had engaged in
lying and passing out disinformation to other researchers.
No mention was made that Moore had confessed to being an
agent for an intelligence agency. You did not mention that
Moore spied on researchers and submitted reports to his
controller.

WHY? Thats about the worst kind of journalism.
It's irresponsible and it sucks. It says a lot about George
Knapp.
Why did George Knapp, experienced and hardened journalist,
promote the Lazar story when every rule of journalism says
not to do it. Why did Knapp swallow it hook line and sinker
when the only thing backing Lazar up was his name in a phone
book? Why did Knapp do everything short of jumping off a
cliff to get the public to believe Lazar, even say on the
air that he, Knapp, believed Lazar? That is something that
no good journalist would ever do and is guaranteed to fetch
a failing grade in any journalism class. I'll tell you why.
George wasn't out to do good journalism. George Knapp, in my
opinion, was either taken in by Lear or he works with Lear,
Moore, Lazar, Friedman, Doty, Shandera, etc. Which is it
George?
There is more to George Knapp than meets the eye. He has a
vested interest in attacking me. If I am right it could cost
him his job and I guarantee you that I am right about both
Lazar and Lear. Lazar is a fake and Lear is Condor. If Lear
is Condor then that makes fools of everyone. No one likes to
be a fool but most UFOlogists are exactly that. I keep
saying to DO RESEARCH, TO INVESTIGATE, but no one does it.
They just sit around and call each other names.
You had better remember that I was the Executive Director of
a College that taught security and law enforcement courses.
Many of my faculty members were sargeants and leutenants on
the police force. My personal bodyguard was the head of that
department. I was also a member of Naval Security and
Intelligence. Both Lear and Doty were easy to identify.
A scrambled voice can be unscrambled. Didn't know that did
you. I not only knew it but did it. I also had a voice print
analysis done. The voice is John Lear's. You all think a man
photographed in shadow is invisible don't you. Well, he is
not. Try body measurement proportion comparison. In other
words take a picture of John Lear and in the same pose as
Condor and with the same body angle. Its easy as it is the
normal posture of john Lear. The picture does not have to be
to the same scale. I have several of him sitting and talking
in the exact same position and the same angle.
Take as many body measurements as you can and then compare
them to each other. The more measurements and the more
comparisons you can make the more positive the
identification will be. I was able to make 19 different
measurements and many times as many comparisons. Then do the
same on the man in the shadow.
THE VOICE IS JOHN LEAR AND THE BODY MEASUREMENT PROPORTION
COMPARISONS MATCHED PERFECTLY IN EVERY INSTANCE.
It's really very easy. Anyone can master the technique. You
will only have to fork out money for the voice print
analysis. Most of you are to cheap to do it and George Knapp
has a vested interest in AVOIDING IT AT ALL COSTS. I
challenge George Knapp to stop taking Lear's word that he is
not Condor and do some real investigative reporting. Lear
insists that Condor is Bob Collins. Bob Collins physic is no
where near Condor's but Lear fits perfectly. Get wise Knapp
your whole life is on the line here. Do you work for Lear or
what? Are you part of the awareness group too? Are you a
traitor?

I have known that Lear is an agent ever since February of
1972 and I have confided that in not 1 or 2 people but in
probably 12 or 13 people and maybe more than that over the
last several years. I am sure that most of them will confirm
it if the need arises. Bob Swan also knows it. In the
"Secret Government" I stated that I saw Moore, Friedman, and
Maccabee on a list of agents to be recruited ALONG WITH
SEVERAL OTHERS THAT I DID NOT NAME AND IT IS STATED IN THAT
PAPER. I told Lear that I saw his name on the list several
days before MUFON. My wife was present and heard the entire
conversation. Lear wasn't able to look me in the eye. The
people helping him get MUFON organized wondered why I was
not at Lear's home helping them and that is why. Lear stayed
far away from me the whole time and even kept aloof from
everyone else also. He was terrified that I would reveal him
along with Moore, Friedman, and Maccabee. Lear gave himself
away when he and Grace wrote the Krill papers. He is just
like Moore. He throws truth mixed with lies out and then
laughs at the public. Lear knows all about O.H. Krlll, the
real one, and he got caught by me. O.H. Krlll exposed Lear
not me. Anyone and everyone who has worked with this
information knows he blew it. He honestly thought that no
one else knew the truth. I played him just like I played
Moore and I caught him just like I caught Moore. Lear KNOWS
EVERYTHING. It's an old trick and Strieber is using it now
with his book MAJESTIC. Now if anyone comes out with
anything from GRUDGE about Forestall or the Roswell crash
you will all say he stole it from Strieber. Sorry boys but
it won't work anymore. People are sick of lies, deception
and traitors and we are all sick of you.
Lear showed me a copy of a 2 inch thick book written by
employees of the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory which is a
very thorough parody of the "YELLOW BOOK". I pretended that
I did not know what it was and Lear had a great time. I did
recognize an old friend who works at Livermore Lab and it
has turned out good for me. The friend is one who put
together a ......... trip to the ........ of the
prepare. Filling in the blanks would reveal his identity. I
told Lear at the time that I knew one of the authors of the
parody. The man owed me. Since his name was in the parody I
knew that he had seen the real "YELLOW BOOK". That knowledge
has been very useful.
THIS CONCLUDES MY EXCERPT OF BILL COOPER'S ANSWER. IT SHOULD

Interplanetary Business Deals by John Lear
I am an airlane captain for a major cargo airlane; I've
flown about 160 different types of aircraft in over 50
different countries. I held 17 world speed records in the
Lear Jet, and I'm the pilot who holds the most FAA
Certificates issued to a single individual. I have been a
commercial pilot for 30 years; I've been flying for 35
years. I hold the professional Air Traffic Controllers award
for Outstanding Airmanship presented in 1968, and the Symons
Wave Memorial. I have flown missions worldwide for various
government agencies, I flew in Southeast Asia between
1966-73, I have flown both experimental and production test
flights. I have flown for 28 different airlines and have
over 16,000 hours of flight time, over 12,000 of which are
jet transports. I was the youngest American to climb the
Matterhorn in Switzerland in 1959, and I am a senior vice
commander of the American Legions Post No. 1. I have four
daughters and have lived in Las Vegas for about 20 years. I
grew up mostly in Santa Monica. I studied Industrial Design
at the Art Center College of Los Angeles and was a State
Senate candidate in Nevada in 1980. My father was William P.
Lear, Sr. who not only helped develop the first car radio,
the eight track stereo, and automatic pilot for our first
jet fighters, but who developed the Lear Jet, one of the
first and most successful of all business jet transports.
About six years ago I stumbled headlong into the
subject of UFO's. I began to search for the truth, and what
I found out was this. We have recovered over 40 discs
belonging to alien civilizations far beyond our solar
system. The U.S. Navy has successfuly flown several of them
under a secret program begun in the middle '50s. The U.S.
Government has in cryogenic storage at least 25, but
probably closer to 100 alien bodies, representing as many as
15 different species. That at least three of these aliens
were captured alive, one of them is still living at the
Nevada Test Site area S-4. That our government has been in
business with little gray aliens for many years, having been
duped into thinking they were making some kind of agreement
in which we traded permission to abduct humans in return for
super-advanced technology. That man was genetically
engineered by a vastly superior alien species over a period
of several hundred thousand years with 64 separate external
corrections in what was essentially an experiment, to make
man what he is today, and what he is referred to in secret
government documents is , a container. We are simply
containers. Containers of physical matter, blood, enzymes,
hormones, souls, thoughts, emotions ... all of it
engineered, multiplied, grown, harvested, and processed by a
higher entity, and their licensees.
At the end of the corporeal life of the container, the
soul is extracted and either stored for future use or
reintroduced into a fetal container. To what purpose? It's
probably none of our business anymore that it's a cow's
business what they are here for. If you have wondered why
the government has never come clean on the subject of flying
saucers, maybee you should consider why we never take the
trouble to brief cows on the reason for their existence.
The sponsors of these miracles travel between star
systems at speeds far greater than a thousand times the
speed of light. To travel great distances in space without
breaking the laws of physics, which quite properly state
that nothing can travel faster than the speed of life, you
first have to understand that gravity is instantaneous, and
that when you harness gravity you control everything. You
have also to visualize space as a fabric, a substance. What
we think of as empty space can be pulled this way and that
by strong gravitational attraction. If you can exert a
strong enough gravita- tional pull on a small portion of
space you can actually pull it toward you, step inside it so
to speak. That portion of space that you stepped inside will
snap back to its original location, with you inside it,
without violating the laws of physics and without time
having even moved.
The way that this strong gravitational force is
generated in the craft is through an anti-matter reactor.
The reactor is about the size and shape of half a basketball
and sits on a metal plate. Inside the half sphere is a
receptacle which holds a thin, arrow- shaped, 233 gram
silver of Element 115. As this tinypiece of element 115 is
bombarded with protons, it propagates into Element 166
which instantaneously decays back to 115. The product of
this reaction is antimatter and this antimatter is used for
two purposes, the first of which is to create a strong
gravitational field which is then channeled and amplified
to generate almost inconceivable quantities of
gravitational attraction. The second purpose for anti-matter
is to generate positive voltage through the use of a
thermionic generator to power other equipment in the craft.
The gravity that is generated is focused through a save
guide and and then channeled and amplified through three
gravity amplifiers which, when swiveled and focused on the
desired destination, whether to be 100 miles or 100 light
years away, draws a portion of the fabric of space from the
destination to the departure point. When the gravity is then
turned off and the attraction no longer exists, whatever was
enveloped by that portion drawn from the destination, is now
at the destination. THis concept is about as difficult to
explain as television would have been to a caveman.
The U.S. does have secret bases on the moon. The NASA
projects of Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Spacelab and the
Shuttle are all just cover for what's really going on. The
US also has secret bases on Mars. And there are Martians.
They look just about like us and are a little more advanced.
After a climatic disaster many years ago on Mars, the
Martians moved underground.
Contemplate something closer to home. There are at
least 70 different species of aliens here on an infinite
variety of missions. And there are a number of secret
underground bases operated jointly between us and the
aliens. One of the largest is at Dulce, New Mexico. And yes,
there is a secret US test facility for extraterrestrial
disks at Area 51 in Nevada. If you want to see it for
yourself they still test at sunset on Wednesday nights; the
last time I saw it was April 3rd, 1991. Take I-15 to a few
miles north of Las Vegas and then go north on highway 93.
Just after Ash Springs take the left fork in the road which
will be highway 357, and after you come down from Hancock
Pass into the valley you will see a straight dirt road about
10 miles long. That's the northeast entrance to Groom Lake.
Turn off a few hundred feet, and look to the south at sunset
or a little after. You're going to have to have a powerful
telescope or binoculars to see the disc shape, but you woll
be able to see the craft with the naked eye, about 12 miles
away. Don't proceed further than about 5 miles down that
road, as it is an unmarked but highly restricted area. And
there are a number of secret underground bases in the
Antelope Valley. If you are interested in seeing any of this
drive around the Tehachapi mountains, east of Lancaster, or
around El Mirage Dry Lake on a weeknight.
And yes, Aids was developed by the US Navy between 1969
and 1972. Credit for the perfection of the virus and its
cure was given to R.M. Donner. The virus was first released
in Africa in 1975 with laced doses of the small pox vaccine.
Africa is now almost 100% infected. The AIDS virus was
introduced into the United States in 1978 in New York, San
Francisco and Los Angeles with laced doses of the Hepatitis
B vaccine distributed by the Center for Disease Control, who
specifically targeted the white, male homosexual group. This
was done so that AIDS would spread rapidly wothout anyone
being too concerned, as they would dismiss the disease as
only a concern to homosexuals or drug addicts. The
population has been led to believe that the AIDS virus can
be prevented through judicious use if prophylactics and/or
rubber gloves, when in fact HTLV 1, one form of AIDS, has
been airborne in Southeast Asia for a number of years. The
stated goal of the US Navy for the AIDS virus was infection
of 75 % of the world's population before 1995. If this
sounds unbelievable, this is because there are a number of
things you don't understand about world population growth
versus food consumption. The reason you don't understand
these things is you have not been fed this type of
information because it's none of your business. And if you
still think you have a government by the people and for the
people, you are as ignorant as you are misinformed. Your
attention has been directed towards tying up yellow ribbons
for our returning troops of a government that spent 75
billion dollars drilling 100,000 barefoot Iraquis, most of
whom had no beef with the US., but happened to be in the
wrong place at the wrong time. We liberated one of the most
opressive sheikdoms of the 20th century and effectively
prevented Iraq from getting their 200 billion barrels of
oil reserves to the world market, which would have cut the
price of oil in half. We spent eight or nine months
vilifying the butcher of Baghdad and teaching him that the
most powerful nation on earth is still incapable of
searching out and destroying a single individual. (Exception
to the rule: Willie Nelson, Pee Wee Herman, JFK, John
Lennon, Charlie Chaplin, Marylin Monroe, and all destroyed
or killed by CIA).
And what about government people who are involved? How
come nothing leaks? Well, if you truly believe that the
government can't keep a secret when it wants to, then you
are worse than terminally ignorant. You are willfuly
ignorant.
I know this stuff is true but you don't. You don't have
access to the proper information. And only if you dig for
and find the information yourself are you going to believe
it! Find a friend in an aerospace related government
project. Ask him this question that will not in any way
compromise his oath of security. Ask him, "Would you bet
your life that John Lear is wrong?"

Actually John, what I said was that IMHO it could not have been
"ice", and as far as it being a UFO, I mean in the truest sense of
the word, "Unidentified, Flying, and an Object". I SPECULATED a
"shot", and the 140 degree turn was somewhat dramatic. I just
received a 1st generation copy of the tape and will have analysis
done on it. I also have the official NASA "explanation" of these
events and more will be heard on this very soon.

This was just prior to the "water dump" which did have shuttle
manuvers connected with the "dump". In the dump, the camera,
shuttle and everything else did move. With event # 2, (object,
"shot" etc.) nothing else had movement. Stay tuned.

Below is the text of a flyer someone sent me detailing the latest alien/
U.S. government collusion theory. It is apparently a compilation of Bill
Coooper's stuff with a few Lear tidbits thrown in for spice. The flyer
itself did not name the original source for this stuff, so if anyone has
info on just *who* put out this flyer, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me
know.

THE COMING "OFFICIAL" ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ALIEN
PRESENCE ON EARTH
WHY "STAR WARS", THE HUBBEL [sic] SPACE TELESCOPE, THE
SUDDEN FALL OF COMMUNISM?
WHAT IS GOING ON? Something very SINISTER is going on.
Polls reveal that over 90% of the American people
believe in UFOs and 95% of these people believe the
government is keeping this knowledge from the public.
But why? Are they afraid the people will panic if an
"official" announcement were made? Hardly. Such
announcement would create interest and excitement and
many questions, particularly by the churches, but not
panic. Why then the continued cover-up?
There is overwhelming evidence in the past several
years from "whistle-blowers" - retired military
officers who have finally said, "Enough is enough!
It's time the government told the people the truth!"
These officers, such as Navy intelligence officer,
William Cooper, Major John Lear (whose father founded
the Lear-Jet Corp.) and Air Force officer William
English, to name but a few, have all discovered the
truth, and at the risk of their very lives, are trying
to alert YOU to the secrets behind the UFOs and the
Alien Presence on this earth. These people worked on
secret projects, had access to 'classified' Top Secret
documents, had seen with their own eyes 'captured'
aliens, or extraterrestrial entities, UFOs and the
incredible technology they brought with them.
Sightings of 'UFOs' (unidentified flying objects) have
been reported throughout history, and biblical and
historic references to "flaming chariots" huge flying
'birds' and odd-looking beings predate our history by
thousands of years. In the 1940s several alien
spacecraft were recovered by the U.S. and other
countries, along with a few dead aliens and one live
one they named EBE (a name suggested by Dr. Vannever
Bush and was short for Extraterrestrial Biological
Entity).
In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space
which were moving toward Earth. At first they believed
these were asteroids, but later evidence proved the
objects could only be spaceships. Project Sigma and
Project Plato intercepted radio communication and using
the computer binary language, was able to arrange a
landing that resulted in face-to-face contact with
alien beings from another planet. Meanwhile, a race of
human-looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government,
warning us that the aliens orbiting the equator were
hostile beings from Orion. These human-type aliens
demanded we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons,
that we were on a path of self-destruction and we must
stop killing each other, stop polluting the earth, stop
raping the earth's natural resources and learn to live
in harmony with one another. President Eisenhower
rejected these demands.
Later in 1954 the race of aliens, known as Greys, from
Zeta Reticuli area in space, who had been orbiting the
equator, landed at Holloman Air Force Base. They
stated their planet was dying and they needed quarters
on earth to conduct genetic experiments that might
allow their race to survive; this in exchange for
certain technology. They could abduct humans on a
limited basis for the purpose of medical examination
and monitoring, with the stipulation that the humans
would not be harmed, would be returned to their point
of abduction, that the human would have no memory of
the event. It was also agreed that alien bases would
be constructed underground, beneath Indian reservations
in the 4 corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona and
Colorado. Another was to be constructed in Nevada in
the area known as S-4, about 7 miles south of Area 51,
known as 'Dreamland.' A multi-billion dollar secret
fund was organized and kept by the Military Office of
the White House, supposedly to build secret underground
sites for the President and staff in case of military
attacks.
By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5410, Eisenhower
established a permanent committee known as "Majority
Twelve" (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert
activities with the aliens. This included FBI director
J. Edgar Hoover and six leaders of the 'Council on
Foreign Relations, known as the 'Wise Men' and later
others from the Trilateral Commission. George Bush,
Gordon Dean, and Brzezinski were among them.
A major finding of the commission was the aliens were
using humans and animals for a source of glandular
secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, blood and in
horrible genetic experiments. The aliens explained
these actions as necessary for their survival, that if
their genetic structure were not improved, their race
would cease to exist.
The ruling powers decided that one means of funding the
alien project was to corner the illegal drug market. A
young ambitious member of the Council on Foreign
Relations was approached. His name is George Bush who
at the time was president and CEO of Zapata Oil Co.
based in Texas. Zapata Oil was experimenting with
offshore oil drilling and it was arranged that the
drugs could be shipped from South America to the
offshore platforms by fishing boats, then transferred
to the U.S. shore by normal transportation, thus
avoiding search by customs agents. The plan worked
better than anyone expected, and today the CIA controls
all the world's illegal drug markets. One should
remember, it was George Bush who first started selling
drugs to our children. The drug money was used to
finance the deep underground alien bases.
Conclusions: the Bilderburgers, the Council on Foreign
Relations and the Trilateral Commission are the SECRET
GOVERNMENT and rule this nation through MJ-12 and the
study group known as the Jason Society.
Throughout history the aliens have manipulated and/or
ruled the human race through various secret societies,
religion and the occult. The CFR and the Trilateral
Commission are in complete control of the alien
technology and the nation's economy. Eisenhower was
the last president to know the entire overview of the
alien problem. Succeeding presidents were told only
what MJ-12 wanted them to know, and it was NOT the
truth. MJ-12 presented each new president with a
picture of a lost alien culture seeking to renew
itself, build a home on this planet and shower us with
gifts of technology. Each president bought the story
hook, line and sinker. Meanwhile innocent people
continue to suffer unspeakable horrors at the hands of
alien and human scientists who are engaged in barbarous
research that would make the Nazis pale in comparison.
As if that is not enough many people end up as food for
the insatiable alien appetite for biological enzymes,
hormonal secretions and blood. At least 1 in every 40
Americans have been implanted with alien devices that
are used to control them if necessity calls.
By 1989 over 3 million 'Greys' are occupying these deep
multi-level underground complexes. Level 7 at Dulce is
called "Nightmare Hall." They have welched on their
agreement on abducting humans; today over 25 million
citizens have been abducted and implanted, a literal
army awaiting orders to march! (Whitley Strieber has
written bestselling books on his personal experience as
have many others). For this reason other nations were
informed. Within 5 months the communist monolith
Russia was dismantled to unite with the U.S. and its
technology to fight the invasion. The Hubbel [sic]
Space Telescope was created to keep a watchful eye on
the invasion fleet; Star Wars technology has been
developed to hopefully stop them in outer space before
they can get to the earth.
Today, the government is on the horns of a dilemma.
Too many sources are releasing alien information. The
public could get angry at continued secrecy. So MJ-12
plans soon to make an "official" announcement, under
controlled conditions, probably Area 51. Network TV
will be called to meet the staged 'landing' of the
aliens, these being the Greys. They will come bearing
gifts, technology that supposedly will heal cancer and
AIDS, retard aging, etc. They will tell us they are
the 'saviors of humanity' who have come to defend the
earth against an invasion of man-eating aliens called
Reptoids. This story is a LIE, they already work for
the Reptoids! Their plan is to unify the world into a
One-World-Government, a 'New World Order' with the
argument that only this can defeat the invasion by
Reptoids. This is a trap to enslave the world's
population. Control will be accomplished through the
money system, a universal currency controlled by
certain international bankers, who for years have been
lackeys of the aliens, who seized upon their greed and
lust for wealth and power as a means to bring about
their evil plan to control the earth. (This also being
the scenario predicted in the Bible's 'Book of
Revelation' [sic] wherein only those who accept the
Mark of the Beast (the aliens'being [sic] the 'Beast'
and the 'Mark' being some sort of laser tattoo or
Credit Card they will use, which will allow people to
buy and sell goods). Those who do not accept this
'Mark' must live outside the money system and survive
somehow on their own, through barter etc.
SO BE AWARE! ONLY YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS FAKE INVASION
