June 24, 1984 videotaped a UFO over Brewster, NY (Westchester-Putnam
county). He is vice president of a major electronics firm in NYC. The
videotape shows a disclike object with a string of 6 bright lights around
it moving across the sky. It then moved behind a pine tree and was lost
to sight for 3 sec. As it emerged from behind the tree, the object was
different. "We now saw a string of multicolored lights in the shape of a
disc with a red light flashing behind it. The lights appeared to be
rotating. Then they went behind some houses low on the horizon and
vanished." This UFO was also seen over the Indian Point Nuclear Reactor
at Buchanan, NY, just south of Peekskill.

with Bob Pratt. A man identifying himself as an NSC agent tried to obtain
the tape. He was told that the tape would not be turned over to him or
any organization until investigators were assured of complete cooperation
and exchange of information in return. "You know, Phil," he said, "the
government has done away with people for a lot less." The October TV show
evidently used some footage from this videotape. You could see the circle
of lights and blinking rear one, but the circle did not seem to be

Sep 23, 1980 UFO Escorted by 23 Helicopters

Betty Cash reported that it was a very cold night in the piney woods of E.
Texas. "Vicki and I and her grandson were coming back from playing Bingo.
Suddenly, little Colby noticed a bright light in the sky above the pine
trees. A tremendous amount of heat was coming from this diamond shaped
thing. Fire was coming out of the bottom of it. When it moved, it made a
"swishing" sound and there was a beeping the entire time, that I still
hear in my mind at night." Vicki said, "All three of us got out of the
car, then Vicky & Colby got back in. Betty continued, "I just stood there
terrifed for about ten minutes. The object lit up the surrounding pine
woods like it was daylight. I was burning, my skin was burning. The
craft hovered over me about 20 minutes. Fire was coming out of it like a
blowtorch. Then it lifted up and flew over the trees."
Vicki said, "That was when the helicopters came out. (Colby counted 23
helicopters which they later identified as CH47 Chinok military
helicopters) The roar was like a tornado."
Vicki said, "When we got home, I washed Colby off and put him to bed. When
water touched his skin, he cried out like he had been burned, as if he had
been out in the sun too long." Betty Cash was too sick to go to work the
next day. Betty continued, "My eyes swelled closed, welts appeared on my
face and head. I thought I was going to die. Vicki came and took me to
the ER of the hospital. They treated me like a burn patient. Over the
next few days, I lost big patches of skin on my face and about half my hair
fell out. They kept me in the hospital for over a month with no
improvement." Photographs were shown of her arm. She now has cancer and
had cancer surgery in Mar 1983 but the doctors couldn't say whether they
got it all.
A government intelligence agent (FALCON) told the TV journalists that the
craft observed was an alien craft piloted by military aircraft pilots.
Although they had been trained and were somewhat familiar with the craft,
they found that it would not respond to certain controls and radioed that
they believed it was going to crash. Standard military procedure
regarding crashed aircraft is to deploy search and rescue helicopters.
These were following the craft but it did not crash. (Project SNOWBIRD)
Videotape of Hypnosis Sessions With Three UFO Abductees

Mary Osnatto: Graphic artist in NYC. Al Hassem: Works the 4pm to midnight
shift for the telephone co. Lisa Salviano of Lake Hiawatha, NJ is 24 yrs
old and pregnant with her first child. She is a secretary in NJ.
The abductees reported small, ugly aliens with large gray heads and big,
black, slanted eyes, etc. who conducted medical procedures. Afterward
psychologist Dr. Reba Laibow was interviewed along with Budd Hopkins
author of Missing Time and Intruders.
Dr. Rima E. Laibow: Skeptics say abduction reports are the result of
overly rich fantasy lives. If that were the case, the reports would be as
diverse as peoples dreams. Instead, we find striking similarities in
accounts from all kinds of people, from all walks of life. Post traumatic
stress disorder does not occur unless there has been external trauma like
that which some Vietnam veterans and assault or rape victims experience.
But many abductees show the serious and disabling affects of helplessness
and violation. With proper treatment, these symptoms can be relieved.
Budd Hopkins: In 25% of the abduction cases, there is no memory loss at
all. What makes the abduction reports believable is the commonalty - the
cluster of similar recollections in cases from all over the world. They
notice a period of "missing time" which they cannot explain, there is a
lot of fear, terror - sometimes about a remembered place. There are
strange lights they describe in a similar way. The descriptions of the
craft, its interior and occupants are described in extraordinarily similar
ways. They also describe the medical procedures that occur in very much
the same way. The sad thing is that the abductors are not interested in
communicating with our minds but in the physical state of our bodies.
July 1947 Crashed UFO With Dead Aliens Recovered in Roswell New Mexico

Bill Moore, co-author of The Roswell Incident and physicist Stanton
Friedman were interviewed. Personal testimony from about 100 people have
been obtained. One of the most important was Bill Brazel whose father
managed the land where the incident took place. Apparently, the UFO got
caught in a bad storm. The next day, Brazels father went out to check for
property damage and found the wreckage of a strange craft that fanned out
for about half a mile. About two mi. from the site, dead alien bodies
were found. "We got reports that they appeared to be small, humanoid
bodies with large, hairless heads, wearing one piece, seamless gray
clothing. The Air force recovered the bodies and took them away for
autopsy. We can prove that the story was covered up at the highest level
and given a security classification above top secret."
One of the first people on the scene to investigate was Major Jesse
Marcel. Lets meet his son Dr. Jesse Marcel who was 12 years old at the
time. "My father came home with his car loaded with debris and he, my
mother and I sorted through the stuff. There was a foil-like sheathing
alloy. It was metallic and looked like the skin of an aircraft. Also
there was an "I" beam about 1 �' in length, �" across. The inner surface
had hieroglyphics or Egyptian-like symbols on it. I held the material in
my hand. It was not from this earh or this universe. That what I think.
We are not alone." The debris was taken from the house to Carswell AFB
and never seen again.

Robert Emenegger, author & filmaker and Paul Shartle, former security
officer and chief of requirements for the audiovisual program at Norton
AFB were interviewed. Robert said that in 1973, while President of Gray
Advertising, "I took time out to go to Norton AFB and explore subjects for
TV specials relating to the defense dept. While there, Paul told us about
a film of alien craft landing at Hollomon AFB three years earlier. I saw
footage of 3 disk shaped craft. One of them landed and two went away. It
appeared to be in trouble because it oscillated all the way down to the
ground. However, it landed on 3 pods. A sliding door opened, a ramp was
extended and out came three aliens. They were human sized, with odd gray
complexions and a pronounced nose. They wore tight fitting jump suits and
a thin head dress that appeared to be a communication device. In their
hands, I was told, they held a translator."
Paul indicated that the Air Force said it was theatrical footage purchased
to make a training film. He said that he didn't think that was true
because the film looked too real and he had no record of it even though it
was his job to keep accurate records for all audio-visual purchases. It
was just fortunate that they were filming an acceleration test that day.
Revelations Concerning MJ-12 and 3 Aliens as Guests of the US Government

William Moore & Jaimie Shandara reported that the Truman document
establishing MJ-12 and Eyes Only document to president elect Eisenhower
were mailed to Jaimie. Afterward picture postcards mailed from New
Zealand were received containing clues as to where to look further. These
led to an FOI request from the National Repository in Sutland Maryland
where they got the Cuttler-Twining document.
One of their informants in the intelligence community (FALCON) told them
further about MJ-12. It was a policy making group on extraterrestrial
activities, contacts and UFO activities headquartered at the Naval
Observatory in Washington, DC. They make policies, get presidential
approval and implement these policies. Part of their job was scientific
advancement, but mostly it was to keep track of data coming in on UFO's.
The US Navy has field responsibility relating to MJ-12 policies. All
information gathered in the field is transmitted to the Navy for analysis.
While attempting to validate MJ-12, the circle of intelligence contacts
coming foreward grew to nine government agents who were in secret,
need-to-know positions. Falcons position gives him access to the MJ-12
infrastructure. The President, Vice-President, Jt. Chiefs of Staff, the
White House Intelligence Unit, and other select individuals are kept
informed.

FALCON: This book, or its called "THE BIBLE" within the MJ-12 community
contains historically everything that has occurred in the Truman era up
through the three aliens being guests of the US government, technical data
gathered from the aliens, medical history and autopsy data gathered from
dead aliens found in the desert, social structures and their information
pertaining to the universe.
Presently as of 1988, there is one ET. He is a guest of the US government
and has remained hidden from public view. The "YELLOW BOOK" is a book
that was exlusively written by the 2nd alien. The book relates to the
aliens planet, solar system, suns, culture and societal make-up on the
planet, social structures of the aliens and the aliens life among
earthlings.
They have an, I think it is an octagon shaped crystal which when held in
the aliens hand and viewed by another person, displays pictures which can
be of the aliens home planet or of the earth many thousands of years ago.
They come from the Zeta Reticuli star group.
CONDOR: An agreement signed between ET's & the US government - "We won't
disclose your existence if you don't interfere in our society and operate
from a designated base in the US." Its in the state of Nevada in an area
called Area 51 or Dreamland.
FALCON: The ET's have complete control of this base. It is my
understanding that three different aliens of the same species have resided
in the US from 1948 or 49 to the present day. The first was captured in
the N. Mexican desert after its craft crashed. The alien was named EBE
(Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) by the Government and was kept in
captivity for three years. We learned a great deal of information about
the aliens race, culture and spacecraft. The second alien was part of an
exchange program. The third alien was also part of an exchange program
and has been a guest of the US government since 1982.
The creatures are about 3'4" - 3'8" tall. They have extremely large eyes,
almost insect style. They have two different inner lids possibly because
their days are almost twice as bright as ours. Two openings where our
nose would be. A small mouth, no teeth and hard gums like ours.
Their internal organs are quite simple. One organ does the job of our
heart and lungs. Their digestive system is really simple. Their skin is
very elastic but hard, probably hardening from their sun. Their brain is
more complex than ours and has several different lobes than ours have.
Their eyes are controlled by tissue in front of their brains rather than
the back as ours is. Their hearing is better than ours, almost better
than a dog. They have males and females. Their kidney and bladder is one
organ. There is another organ our scientists think is for waste
elimination. They have 4 fingers with no thumb and their feet are small &
web-like with 4 toes.
They have a life span of 350 - 400 earth years and it is my understanding
that they have an IQ of over 200.
They have a religion, but its a universal religion. They believe in the
universe as a supreme being. They enjoy all types of music especially
ancient Tibetan style music. They like vegetables and their favorite
snack is strawberry icecream.
